The short version

This site sets no cookies, runs no ad tracking, and keeps no mailing list. There are two forms, a contact form and a template download, and both go to email and stop there.

Contact form

When you send a message, we receive the name, email address, optional company, and message you typed. We use it for one thing: replying to you. A copy lands in our inbox and a short confirmation goes to you.

Template download

The template form asks for an email address only. It's used once, to send you the download link. No follow-up emails, no newsletter, no drip sequence. That's a promise printed next to the form, and this page is where it's kept.

Processors

Two services touch this data on our behalf: Resend, which delivers the emails (and therefore processes the addresses and message content it sends), and the hosting platform that serves the site. Neither is used for marketing.

Analytics

We use Plausible, a cookieless analytics tool that reports aggregate page views only: no personal identifiers, no cross-site tracking, nothing tied to you.

Retention & removal

Form submissions live in our email inbox as ordinary correspondence, for as long as the conversation is useful. If you'd like anything deleted, email hello@cadenceproposals.com and we'll confirm once it's done.

Questions about any of this: hello@cadenceproposals.com.
